Meta-Analysis Resources

Tools for Those Who Summarize the Evidence Base

Resources and networking for those who conduct or interpret meta-analyses related to any phenomenon that is gauged in multiple studies.

I am Ernesto, a Phd student from Bilbao working with climate related plankton dynamics. I am trying to perform a MAVIS meta-analysis to see if there is a significant difference between the moderators in my dataset. Is there any option to do an ANOVA analysis using MAVIS among groups? If not MAVIS, is Metafor package in R able to do something like this ?

In the Moderator (subgroup) analysis we have one variable per study, instead of having two (M1,M2).
