Meta-Analysis Resources

Tools for Those Who Summarize the Evidence Base

Resources and networking for those who conduct or interpret meta-analyses related to any phenomenon that is gauged in multiple studies.

You might also want to check out a new online tool at http://orionshoulders.com The analyses are still not as powerful as some of the STATA models but preparing and analyzing the data is much easier. In addition, you can download a csv file from the site that can be used in STATA and other packages if the current analytic techniques do not suit your needs.

I think that meta package in R is really good for routine metaanalysis ; it does take some time to learn how to use R but the graphs are very good quality ; funnel plots also look good
